I've been trying to download the season ticket from the EA sports app all day and it wont let me add the microsoft points to my account. It keeps coming up with an error and I know I have money on the debit card I checked my online bank account(I also tried credit card and still won't work). I tried adding points from the dashboard settings and it still won't add them. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
