Sliders - Length Width Height ?
How does a 2d surface have height ?

Length - how far players run up field?
100 = to opposing goaltender?

Width - how far players spread out?
100= all the way to edge of the pitch?

Height -

I have no clue there sorry please help

Height is how far up the pitch the players will be, more specifically your back line. The lower the number, the more deep they stay. The higher the number, the higher up they play.
