The Joe Random Season

To start off: I made the rosters of every team have 10 position players and 10 pitchers (all Rfs and Sps). Every single one of these players had a Zero rating for every attribute, and the were all default (6'2", 210, all pitchers had a 4seam, curve and change up, as well as being a lefty/lefty).

Here are some results from the season:
Top 5 avg:
Milwaukee, .401
Atlanta, .388
Texas, .387
Pittsburgh, .387
Los Angeles, .382

Top 5 HR:
Houston, 23
Tampa Bay, 21
Colorado and San Diego, 20
St Louis, 19

Top 5 RBI
Seattle, 168
Texas, (same guy in avg) 163
Seattle, 156
Texas, St Louis, 155

Top 5 wins
Seattle, 39, 1 loss
Texas, 38, 1 loss
New York Mets, 37, 1 loss
Miami, 37, 0 losses
Houston, 36, 1 loss

Top 5 strikeouts
San Fran, 451
Pittsburgh, 431
Philly, 427
NYM, 422
Kansas City, 420

Innings Pitched
San Fran, 516.0 (same guy as the strikeouts)
Kansas City, 514.0 (same as strikeouts)
Detroit (504.0)
Arizona (499.0)
Toronto (495.0)

Awards
Nl MVP: LA (29-22, 3.20, 418)
AL: Texas (38-20, 2.71, 379)

Cy Young
NL: Miami (37-0, 3.00, 96)
Al: Seattle (39-1, 3.49, 102)

Records and other notes:
Milwaukee hitter hit .401
KC hitter had 280 hits, a record
SF pitcher had 451 strikeouts, a record
SD hitter had a 60 game hit streak, a record
No team in the league hit under .300. The lowest was Cincinnati, with a .323 avg.
No person attempted a stolen base all year.
The best fielding percentage in the league was Seattle, pacing the league with a .967.
3 teams (Miami, Chicago and New York, all NL) finished with an era I under 6.00. The Royals finished at 7.25, the only team above 7.
11 shutouts occurred around the league, Cincinnati lead the league with 3. No other team had more than 1. 19 teams did not record a shutout.
Kansas City gave up 1161 Ernest runs (last), while 15 teams gave up less runs than that total. No other team gave up more earned runs than another team's runs given up total.

If there is any other stat you would like to see, I have the file saved.

Re: The Joe Random Season

Im a little un-clear, did these teams strictly play against each other or did they play teams who had rated players?

They all had the same roster, 20 Joe Randoms, all with zero in every attribute.
