When does word of new leagues generally come out?

I like to start career modes (with VP or without) as a low level team somewhere and try to earn the higher jobs. Because of this, I end up playing as a lot of different teams in different leagues. Does anyone know if any new leagues are in the game, and if not, when does this news generally come out?

My money is on the inevitable Gamescon presentation in the middle of August.

I saw this post and did a google search and saw on wikipedia that new leagues in FIFA 13 are Turkish League and Czech League coming back after being out in 12. Then a New Saudia Arabia League and listed a new Ukrainian League as well.

I know it won't happen for years and years, but I'd love to see more second divisions added.

Will they ever have the Argentine Primera División?

I thought I saw something about the second division from Scotland being in, but I am not totally sure. Its more of an issue since Rangers won't be in the SPL this year. They may just have Rangers in the rest of the world category, similar to what they did with Juventus in FIFA 07.

Also, I would love to see the Greek and Israeli leagues make it back in. I remember them from FIFA 99 and 2000. Also the NASL would be nice as well.

NASL and USL would be awesome. How much can those licenses really cost EA?
