Be A GM Oddities

I have two odd things that happened to me.
One, I randomly noticed Marc-Andre Cliche, an AHLer for life has a ten year contract. I googled it and he definitely doesn't.
Two, I was just offered an extremely lopsided trade (Clay Wilson 28 y/o D CCC potential for a first rounder and a future 3rd) I wasn't sure who C. Wilson was, so I went to the edit trade menu, and all of a sudden they say i modified it. I feel really stupid for not accepting it initially. Has this happened to anybody else?

I tried accepting something like that once, my game froze. I've also seen teams offer, for example, two identical fourths. And if you accept right off the bat, you'll only get one fourth. Visual glitch, maybe?

In NHL12, I'd see the occasional oddity. The CPU was notorious, I believe, for sending quality veterans with 1-way contracts to the minors. I picked up Selanne that way. But there were times the CPU would offer me a trade that made me raise an eyebrow.

I think the best thing i've seen happen was the one season where i had Carolinas first round pick.

I got offered pittsburghs first for that season, and next, for 2 of carolinas "firsts".

I knew that something was glitchy and there could really only be one of those picks, so i just accepted it lol Then i got 2 firsts for 1
