why does ncaa 13 ps3 have such bad graphics

i am playing next gen ncaa on ps3 for the first time and the graphics are terrible e no anti aliasing and the field looks like doo doo the only looks good in its cut scene hmmm overall a horrible looking game compared to madden is this normal

I just got done playing the PS3 version and the 360 versions on my tv at the same time, and I cant believe how much better the game looks and plays on 360. It is a damn shame that the PS3 users get stuck with such awfulness IMHO. I dont know why EA cant get it to play as smooth on 360, and for gods sakes get rid of the eye tearing jaggies.

i havent tried it on my ps3 but i got the demo on my 360 and even on the 360 it looks pretty bad so i can imagine how worse it looks on ps3. The grass looks horrid and there is way too much jaggy-syndrome happening in the game..compared to previous NCAA games..it has taken a step backwards for some odd reason.

I really wish they would get rid of the half 3D grass mixed in with 2D grass on some angles..it looks sloppy as hell, they really gotta put some love into the grass rendering..its horrid.

Idk what you guys are talking about.. My ps3 graphics look really nice. I play on HDTV though, are you playing SD?

I think same thing happened last year. Demo graphics I think are pretty jagged. Search complaints from 1 year ago, it was the same. Gameplay isnt going to change, but I think the full game will be better in terms of reduced pixelation.

Also, as I posted in the impressions, if on HDTV, set the black levels and the other settings in that menu to the max things (I think I would have to look) it fixes a lot of the color issues and pixels. And if you ARE playing on a SDTV, you need to lower black levels and the other settings as that will cause the graphics to look horrid.

This. you have to tinker with black level and brightness.
