no guts...NO GLORY Ben ...shoulve took the risk IMO......or pushed back the release date past maddens release if you had to ...it wouldve been well worth the wait for sure.....

I am still not sold that NCAA is completely lacking of a physics system given some of the things I have witnessed with this demo though.

Re: Ben Haumiller Interview from E3

*sigh* Its the day of the science fair and one kid brings in a leaf collection while another has discovered and harnessed plutonium... I just think Ben Haumiller comes across as lazy. Sorry but when i hear him use excuse after excuse every year about why things arent in the game i just feel like he doesnt care enough. He isnt a hardcore gamer (weve all seen him play NCAA with his 15 yd dropbacks and throwing into coverage constantly) and ive just given up on this series for now until there is a change in leadership. Tired of being dissapointed year after year. That madden team is putting in work and while i dont know how things will turn out there are so many new features and aspects to the game that you cant help but get excited. Theyre not BS'ing us with NEW QB dropbacks or the ability to throw a shovel pass. Really? Its 2013 Ben. People are still clamoring for features that were in the game 6 years ago. Medical redshirts, receiving a verbal from a recruit only to find they didnt qualify to come to your school, qbs that scramble effectively, wrs and rbs who use special moves and have different feels when you play with or against them (player tendencies were broken last year, promised to be fixed and werent), defensive players getting heisman recognition, maintaining program standards, etc..... Im just done with this game. My curiousity will have me back here from time to time but when i see all the fresh new ideas the madden team is coming up with how can I even think about buying this game?

Re: Ben Haumiller Interview from E3

I thought Ben reported to Cam Weber, who made the decision to not put the physics engine in NCAA.

Pushed the release past Madden's release? Your well into the college season by then.

Tough business decision which doesn't leave gamers in the best of worlds.

He does, but folks here never let facts or reality get in way of their clichéd rants. People have made Ben the scapegoat for all that is wrong with this series, it's such a juvenile stance.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.
