About to start my franchise. Is there anything I have to know?

I'm using the ZiPS adjusted rosters and TNK's sliders. I've learned it's better to ask than find out later on.

So, any settings I need to make sure I change before I start? I see people mentioning injuries? I don't know haha. Anything game breaking? Because I'm ready to start.

If you set CPU Roster Control to On, you will never see an injury in your entire life. Also, the option can't be changed once you started, so if you want injuries, make sure it's turned off when you start.

The trade logic is pretty controversial in the game, so if you are one of those that hates to see the CPU make trades that don't match your own ideals, I suggest you do 30-team control. Otherwise you'll just have to let the CPU do whatever it wants with the other 29 teams (that's what I do, since personally I couldn't care less).

And whatever you do, don't press the red button!
