ONLINE ASSOCIATION CONTRACT GLITCH QUESTION(xbox360)

Now i jnow theres a glitch with contracts going into offseason after year 2
but i wanna know is it still functional with a 30 man online lg or is it pointless?..i mean Wut did most of yall do when yall ran into this problem??..did u keep going or is there no point it only gets worse?? any info would be most helpful
