Rajon Rondo is the best Poit guard in the League

I have no idea why the best point guard status is still up for debate.

Tell me what a point guards roles are within a team

To distribute the ball, Elite perimeter defence, Orchestrate an offense, Dribble Penetration.

Who does these things better than Rondo.

Chris Paul? Offensively even on a good team his number havent increased, Defensively Chris Paul is only good for getting steals but thats pretty much it, all scoring guards have lit him up and theyll never pair him up against someone like Lebron/Kobe like Rondo does thats suicide, hes too small to change shots against anyone over 6'2. CHRIS PAUL IS NOT FAST, hes agile there a big difference his game isn't based on speed just agility and quick thinking.

If Derrick Rose was 6'6 do you honestly think he would be playing as a point, be honest same goes for Westbrook, at least Rose tries to play his position. Westbrook is a shooting guard who again was just too short to be effective there so they played him at point. Besides scoring and free throws, these players do absolutely nothing better than Rondo.

Rondo weakness is supposedly jump shots and free throws. His jumpshot has improved this season but the actual truth is when you are the floor general being able to shoot jumpshots is less important and sometimes detrimental, if hes shoot like Rose or Westbrook does that damages ball movement, your teammates dont get involved which means even when they catch it they are more likely to miss because they haven't had a touch, with a one dimensional offense. Plus his field goal percentage is higher than the others most of the time, if he can score at the rim at will why does he even need good perimeter shooting.

His free throw shooting is abysmal but he makes up for it, he doesn't get as many foul shot oppurtunities as the other points because he doesnt penetrate to score, he does it to break defences and dish unlike the others. So if this is his only weakness fot a player who doesn't even try to get free throws ill take it any day.

Now tell me who does a better job as a "Point Guard" than Triple Double Rondo.
