OSFM v4: Ratings

As you know, we started on v3 yesterday. We are about half way done with the whole process. ILiveForThis and I have volunteered to do v4. We will do a complete rating update for all players, SCEA. We won't touch players that were made in the initial OSFM update. V4 will start once v3 is completed and shouldn't take too long. Just wanted to get this thread started.

They will be small in some cases, larger in others. Jair Jurguins (sp) might be noticeable, although, he doesn't deserve a complete drop off.

For pitchers, it's basic stuff, which is easy to me.

For hitters, it's everything. I tend to underrate if anything, so you won't see a ton of 100 rated guys like there is now. Speed is a big thing to me. I don't think you'll notice a huge difference just looking at lineups, but if you know your players ratings, you should notice some changes.

1. do you use the rating calculator or what are your ratings based off ?

2. major league players who are more worse than the badest double A player after the re-rating ?
