Cardinals franchise help

Hey guys. This is my first MLB the show game. Just traded in the 360 to purchase it. I DL knights roster and TNK slider set.

Going to start a cardinal franchise tonight. Was just trying I get an idea of what you guys think needs to be done if anything with the team. Also, if I'm just starting out do you think veteran would b a good difficulty with his sliders? I've played MLB 2k12 before but this seems much more realistic already.

IMHO there really isn't much that needs to be done with the Cards. 2B maybe could use an upgrade, but i like trying to play match ups with Descalso, Greene, and Schumaker

Upgrade your bullpen, trade somebody for a good 2B, because Skip Schumacher goes down quickly in my experiences, and I don't like having DD at 2nd.

Try to trade for a 5th start, because Jake Westbrook will only give you one bad or average year. Other than that, you're set.

Yea, there isn't much we need to do with the team since were pretty stacked. Word of advice though, Allen Craig is a BEAST. I'm 72 games into my franchise and i'm hitting .315 with him with 16 HR's. He also can play OF and 1B, 2B, and 3B, so if you wanted more offense, you could use him at 2B over Schu, Descalso, and Mr. Underachiever/Greene. I personally traded Greene because I can't stand him. Just look at this and think how powerful the offense could be if you have Craig playing at 2nd.
