CPU teams stuck w/ Stars in Minors (Franchise)

I'm using OSFM 1.5 rosters and I didn't realize how many star MLB guys were in the minors. Anyone know any tricks on how to get them back in the bigs? It looks as if you can't switch trade settings to see if easily trading back & forth would help.

I planned on simulating Yr.1 and I'm in early June. I've seen a few get called up to AA, but some elites are missing in action.

Are you talking Single A? They are there because they started the season on the DL. Single A players will not get called up, you will need to move them yourself.

Yeah they're in Single A and I did realize one thing they had in common were that they were injured in real life. I did see a few get called up to AA ball however. I'd like to try and fix this myself just wanted to know if anyone had ideas

Wait. So if I don't do 30 team control these guys will never move back into the big leagues?

I have not seen them getting called back up, hence I made my 30 team file with DL players at appropriate level

It'd take awhile and you might run into salary issues, but if you edit one bad player on your team or two into superstars and trade for the guys in single A and then add them to your 40 man/mlb and then trade them back it seems to work, just edit the said players back when done.



It seems to work, just did boston......next game c.c/ellsbury we're both in the lineup with all the "star-good" players that we're in single A now in the mlb.
