Fair trade for #1 overall pick (2012 class) using Boston?

Title basically says all. I really want Anthony Davis in my franchise (even if it means giving up A LOT), but I want to know how much people here think it would take? Obviously, people are gonna say Rondo, but I'd trade Rondo and who else for the #1 pick and who else? Obviously, assume it's bad teams like CHA, NOH, CLE, etc.

Giving up rondo for an unproven 220 lb pf is a franchise crippler.

I think about any team in he league would rather have a proven triple double machine and franchise cornerstone in rondo than Davis

Him alone is enough

Well that's not true at all. Boston can't make a package that would get them the number one pick. Davis is getting an absurd amount of hype right now (rightfully so or unrightfully so).

You could probably get him by trading away 2 of the big 4 and possible a draft pick. I personally wouldn't do it though.

I am lakers fan and a diehard lakers fan and i would never trade Rondo. I agree trade the big 3 before rondo. The way their contracts are it's easier to build around Rondo. You might be able to resign some or both Allen or KG for way less and have money to go after someone to fill the void. If you want Davis that bad then wait till the trade deadline and trade Rondo to that team.

Because Rondo is hard to play with for me, and he's 26. I want to rebuild around younger.

Would Rondo with a slightly improved jumper (accurate rating updates using hoopdata, so just like IRL) and Johnson for Lawson, Faried, Brewer, and a 2013 1st work?
