Part 2: Questions from a Newbie

OK, a few more questions.
  1. When you place someone on the trade block, do you receive notifications that an offer has been made or a team has interest? Or do you have to check the trade block to see if anyone has offered anything?
  2. In the same vein, do you receive notifcations when scouting reports are ready?
  3. Should you scout during spring training?
  4. How do you fire your coaches?
  5. Are there training results to view and track?

Re: Part 2: Questions from a Newbie

1. when another team makes you an offer, you will receive a mail notification. You'll have to check the trade rumors screen for teams that are just interested.

2. Yes, you get a mail notification when a player is fully scouted.

3. No reason to scout in spring training, scouting doesn't start til first game of regular season and goes through the end of offseason.

4. You fire coaches in the offseason in the manage coaches screen, i think you press square to view you current coaches when you are in that screen.

5. you'll see if as a +1, +2, -1, -2, etc on the bars on the top for each player in the manage player screen.
