Just an FYI, his first name is different in the rosters because his first name is different in real life as well. It's Jurickson.

Re: OSFM Spring Training Edition A and B potential prospects

Curious as to why you included guys like Seager and Betances but not Trout, Montero, Teheran, Delgado, and Vizcaino; Seager isn't even a rookie anymore.

Edit:

You also included Cespedes but not Darvish, unless Darvish is a C for some reason?

Double Edit:

I tallied up the totals so far, gave 2 points for every A, 1 point for B, here are the Rankings (so far)

KC - 25 CHC - 16 HOU - 14 LAA - 8
SD - 24 BAL - 15 NYY - 14 MIA - 8
TOR - 23 DET - 15 CLE - 11 CIN - 6
STL - 20 OAK - 15 MIN - 11 CHI - 3
MIL - 19 SEA - 15 ATL - 9
TEX - 19 WAS - 15 PHI - 9
PIT - 17 BOS - 14 TB - 9

KC, SD, and STL are good, TEX, TB, SEA, ATL, LAA & BOS should be higher, MIL needs to be a lot lower

Re: OSFM Spring Training Edition A and B potential prospects

Next year we should do this before we start instead of after to get some coordination. Maybe every team gets a point range allocation.

Nice work by the way, doing this.

FYI, Harrison for the pirates is SCEA.

Re: OSFM Spring Training Edition A and B potential prospects

I must have just glossed over Darvish - he is an A potential.

I wasnt sure if Seager was a rookie or not but he didnt have a real face so I counted him as a prospect here. Betances was only included because I thought he had a B potential with the SCEA rosters and now an A potential with the OSFM rosters. Looking back at that, I dont really know what I was thinking as that logic really makes no sense at all.

Regarding the strengths of some farms - I was quite surprised by all of the As there, Jungmann makes sense and so does Bradley IMO but I follow prospects pretty closely and had never heard of the RFer Aoki. I would have liked to see the Astros, Phillies, and Rays farms a little stronger (note that I'm a Rays and Phillies fan :P ). But for the talent that the Astros got in the Bourn/Pence trades only Singleton was an A, that was a little surprising. I also think that Brody Colvin should've been an A but hey like I said I'm biased. One last thing - I think that the Blue Jays roster was done really well - they've got some real depth with the international scouting that they've invested in over the past few years.

But hey, who am I to complain right? I'm just glad that we have these rosters. The only teams remaining are the teams in the NL West and I'll do those either tonight or tomorrow morning.

And @GoBucs09: Thanks, I think that something like this could be accomplished really easily if the person in charge of each team just kept track of the As and Bs. Good idea and good food for thought for future years.

And if Knights anywhere out there - thanks again.
