Created Player Potential Ratings
Is there a way I can create a player and make his potential rating being what I want it to be and if so then, how do you do that...any info is greatly appreciated in advance...Thanks!!

Use a fake player from the game....with the potential you want.
You can export and import any fake player onto a roster.
