Custom Covers For Xbox?

Greetings!

For years there has always been a thread where people list their custom-made covers for the game, using signature players from various teams. I have always been interested in seeing everyone's creativity with the different covers, but I have not come across a thread or place where people's covers have been on posted.

Could someone point me in the right direction?
