Defend against fastbreak in online games ?

Is there a way to defend themselves against people who abuse the fastbreak in online games?

The best way is to patiently run your offense and take good shots so your opponent won't have the opportunity to fastbreak.

Other than that lower your crashboard slider so your players will get back on defense faster.

Take a wing player and run him back manually on missed shots. If you play on 2K cam this takes practice.

If you have fouls to give, use them. If you give up a steal or a turnover on the perimeter, wrap the other guy up and stop the break before it starts.
