new to the show. can i get some tips?

So far i am loving this game but i do have a question.

Ive been playing rtts and exhibition games but i want to move onto franchise.

I read on here that i should wait for the minors update. I probably will but i made one to just play around and ohhhh myyy is it in depth. Any tips to help me handle this mode? I want to get the absolute full experience of it. So all the budget aspects, moving llayers up and down between aa, aaa, and mlb...scouting the minors, like what are the best ways to scout the minors?

Anything else i should know? I just really want to get the full effect of the mode...
