Thought it would be nice to have an umpire list on here with tendencies, given the addition of 14 new ones this year. I always wanted to track this in last years game, but I could never remember them from game to game.

Joe MacDonald had a strike zone:

E-I-E-I- LOW

The pitch right above it was also a called strike (on back to back pitches no less). Thing is, he called that for both sides.

Well, that Wiki link was disappointing...LOL!

Unless I'm doing something wrong, the Umpire tendencies section is blank!

Yeah, seems like this project just kinda died. Just trying to jumpstart it a bit by posting that pic.

Interesting, I'm keeping a record of all the umpires and their 'dodgy' decisions myself. Clyde Washington has stood out the most so far with his low strike zone.

I haven't been keeping up with the enormously long Impressions thread. Are umpire trends more noticeable this year, or is it still kinda random like previous years? I haven't been able to tell yet.
