Passing Diifferences

(sorry for the voice, have a cold)

If you watched the video you can see the passing ability differences between human and CPU. If you pass the CPU automatically reacts correctly right when you press the pass button. That's why I feel the only effective pass I can consistently do in the paint area is that wraparound pass.

The CPU on the other hand can do Steve Nash bounce passes from half court right on the money. They either need to let us do those passes or slow down the CPUs reaction time or even better both.

What are your guys thoughts? Or do you guys have any slider solutions for this?

A = chest pass
LT + A = bounce pass
LT + RT = lob pass

And eliminate the psychic CPU defense.

Wow I did not know that, I thought the passes were random. What are the controls for the PS3?

Those aren't real controls, those are controls that should happen in 2k13.

Re: Passing Diifferences

This is by far my BIGGEST problem in the game. They need to bring back the passing controls from CH 2K8 to let the user control the pass they want to throw.

Not only does it force uncaused turnovers it also takes all the fun and excitement out of a fastbreak. Completely agree with Tuss on those controls, either that or pressure sensitive passes like football games

Re: Passing Diifferences

To slow down the CPUs reaction time just fake pass everytime before you pass. The fake pass animation throws the CPU off its incredible reaction.

The down side is of course you lose your dribble with a fake pass and you can't do it on the run. For those instances you must create proper spacing before attempting a pass.

I suggest fake pass first for anything close to a risky passing lane.
