TRADES GLITCH? Classic Teams in Association

When I swap out the players from the Hornets to the Sonics and export, I use the team in a new association I can't trade. I go to the trade screen and whenever I submit a trade, nothing happens. Even with force trades on, nothing happens. I really want to have the Hornets as the Sonics and the Bobcats as the Charlotte Hornets... thanks!

I hope not! I made the same moves last night to prepare for starting a Charlotte Hornets association once I get a good draft class. Oh well, if it doesn't work I guess I'll stick with the Bobcats.

There was probably a mistake made in the exporting it from season mode.

I've noticed this happens when you don't left click to the headlines section on the team page.

Do you have to make the swaps in season? If so I swear I will kick myself in the ***. I've been exporting from Association.

Yes, the swapping trick only works if you export the teams from season mode. Proceed with the kicking.

I went ahead and exported via season mode, still no dice. Could someone walk me through step by step what to do? Thanks
