Help Creating Ratings

Does anybody know if there is anything out there that could help create ratings? I'm trying to using real life stats and convert them into ratings for CHOOPS2k8. I've been seraching the forums and haven't found much 'rating calculators' that still work.

I wish the same. and interpreting the ratings also. Like a 78 Vertical at the Center position = A-. stuff like that. Anybody?
