Basicly you just create your player and your player gets drafted or signed onto a team and his career starts from there
We are trying to recruit as much people as we can so we can get started with full team, and unsigned free agents. Also recruiting people gets you points which is used to improve your player (ex. i just referred you to the league so if you decide to join you'd say that i referred you so ill get a point)
