Cyber Faces
How are people uploading players with cyber faces on xbox 360?

I need one of Jerome Kersey. I know he's already in the game but I'm making the 96-97 Lakers so I need to make a duplicate of him.

Also how are people uploading teams? eg. Bulls or Lakers. I can only upload created teams.
