Original 360

I am looking into buying a 360 but being in college and on a budget I don't want to get the new one. I only play sports games, Nfl nba and fifa and I don't play online. I Also get rosters off of here I using a USB.

My question is, can I get the old school 360 and do all of these and are there any reasons not to buy the old 360

It's worth paying the $20 more or whatever and just getting a Slim for things like improved cooling, HDMI (in the event you buy a real old 360) and knowing you're getting a 360 that isn't likely to RROD.

I wouldn't bother with a 360 in the old form factor.

I wouldn't buy one of the original 360s... Anything from the last couple years should be fine though.
