Name My TeamBuilder School

I am looking for a good team name to put with this logo/team I made. I modified a Sacramento State logo to get it.

I need a school name and a mascot. Obviously it just has to tie in the "S" well.

Considered Samurai and Sting for mascots so far, but they just don't seem right (for a college team especially)

Something to consider that may help a little. A large majority of colleges with letter's for logos, the letter represents the location not the mascot. So you shouldn't feel obligated to use a mascot that starts with an S; it can be whatever you want.

And since the logo you chose is an S it could even represent STATE or a direction; Southern, Southwest(ern), etc. So you wouldn't have to pick a location that starts with S if you don't want to.

Yeah, thanks Prowler. I was thinking of Something State. And if I did that, I could branch out to anything for a mascot name.

I'm just having a really hard time coming up with a mascot/team name that fits the design of the logo. Putting on the thinking cap some more....

That also brings up another question: Do they ever attempt to say the School name at any point or always the Mascot name?

It's always the mascot name they announce for Teambuilder teams.

wanted to know what people thought of these logos. the first is for midfield-and is based off melbourne rugby logo, the second is for the helmet & i created from scratch. i have named the team The Fremont City University Neptunes out of the SF/SJ, California area. Let me know what you think. and if you have any ideas for the team name im open for opinions.
