How do you guys rate Mario Chalmers?

I think 2012 may well be his breakout year. He's just a solid PG with very good basketball IQ, everything the Heat needs. He can also hit 3 pointers very well. I don't think the Heat would do well if they had a CP3 type superstar PG, they already have enough superstars; but I feel a player like Mario Chalmers is exactly what the Heat needs this season and I think he'll be an important factor in the Heat winning the Championship this year.

4th best player on the Heat. I think he would do really well in Oklahoma City as a replacement for Westbrook.

Smush Parker could look like an All Star on the Heat lol i keed

He's a decent PG, good passer, solid defender and can shoot the 3. Good glue guy that can make you pay if you forget about him. Don't think hell ever be anything more than that.

Playing with 3 all stars makes life a whole lot easier.

Yikes, I wouldn't go that far. I'd like them to ship Bad Russ out but would prefer a better replacement than that.

He's perfect in the situation he's in now, just playing the 4th wheel with 3 superior players doing most of the work.

He's decent.... Good 3 point shooter, good defender, decent passer....makes some bonehead plays, but plays with a lot of heart....

Like most have said, he's good for the situation he's in, but i don't think that defines him....

He probably will make some money else where after this season. But he still needs to work on his med range game and floor management. I love his hands and defense. Great long arms and hands. Not afraid to take any shot. The one think I saw from him the first time in the ATL game. Was his desicion making on the pick and roll.
