"Unintended" Lob Pass to "Unintended" Receiver

Hi guys. In fact, these "unintended" passes are not gone to "unintended" receiver; they're gone to anywhere, but not to my receivers. 50% of them are intercepted like the other abnormal interceptions in the game. 25% of them are gone to out of field; 25% of them are gone to a black hole in the field.

What am I doin' wrong? Tapping to a button? Moving six dimensional controller wrong? Is the play I choose a quick pass and QB is out of my control then?
