Roster Update Help?

Need help on roster update, I just purchase the game and planning on starting franchise offline mode with my beloved Patriots but not sure how to update to the current rosters, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

go to the online option and click it then go to d/l rosters click that it will say your rosters are out of date hit X and u all set. and if u dont have online acess u can go to the roster section here depending on what system u have and u can get them from there.
