How do you import teams if you have already started a dynasty?

For example: I'm in 2019 for my Dynasty. I want to import about 4-5 teams. How do I do this?

along that line can you update teambuilder teams without having to retire from your current online dynasty? Let's say I designed a new uni can I just update in my current dynasty or do I have to scrap it and start from scratch? Thanks.
