Playbook for Tight Ends

So I tried searching for this but didnt really find anything that addressed this point particularly.

I started a dynasty with UCLA, and I've gotten a few transfers and recruits at the Tight End position who are very good. So I now have 3-4 highly rated TE's, over 75 or so, which are better than most my WRs.

Does anyone know of a playbook that features a lot of 2 or 3 TE sets that I can build a custom playbook off, or if anyone has a template for a custom playbook that highlights the TE that would be great as well.

Thanks in advance.

Check out USC and VaTech. They seem to have 6 or 7 formations that have two TE

Re: Playbook for Tight Ends

Well you can make anything a TE book if you want them to be pass catchers. At Nebraska, I usually have TE's as my 3rd and 4th WR's in some spread formations just because they are tall and very talented. Then I sneak them in other formations as necessary.

If you want more power sets with your TE's to run behind them, one of the true one back offenses would be good unless you want to play one of those TE's at FB. Eastern Michigan is another one back offense that has 1 or 2 TE in every set.

I would personally just make a custom book though. Put a ton of 2 or 3 TE Ace in, Shotgun Ace formations, etc.

Thanks for the help.

I was working on one last night but was just curious if there was a good base playbook to work off of. Appreciate it!

USC one is good, nice short passes to your TE.

I use the USC playbook. Might as well call me Tim Harbaugh, 'cause I love my tight end(s).

Texas has a bunch of Ace formations that are good.
