2k12 my player improvements

Im still playing 2k11 im waiting on the situation with the lockout to get 2k12. I heard about all the new features like finally not having to play all 82 games. But there are two issues i had on 2k11 with team roster AI that i wonder is fixed.

1. Team Draft. and free agency logic
I know we've all had faced it before being a top PG prospect and then a team like OKC or Washington drafts us. It happened a lot in the draft and in free agency. For example the three teams that were interested in my 89 overall point guard were Chicago, Washington, and New Orleans. All three teams with star point guards wanted an 89 overall point guard. The same with trades but with my team making dumb trades which i will talk about more in the next question.
2. Trades
One horrible thing that happened to me was when i was with Detroit when they traded all of the Point guards except me for other players. While it gave me help on my teams it left me the only point guard and therefore I literally played the whole game not getting a single minute of rest a game. Which eventually left us getting ousted in the second round due the coach never resting me regardless of my stamina or foul situation.
Will anyone who has 2k12 explain if any of these issues still exist or if they were fixed it would be a big help.
