Does anybody have this problem?

For those who pre-ordered the game, do the bonus teams disappear when you boot up the game? I've called and emailed 2k's product line several times and I believe to be an autosave problem. Also, the nba greatest mode kind of resets itself every time, showing that I have completed the challenges but doesnt have the emblem recognizing that I did. I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem. 2k12 is a great game but some of these glitches are unbearable.

If You Just Click On Em But And Then Press B (For Xbox) It Should SHow You Completed It And Unlock The Teams
