how do you run/activate inbounds plays

I cant seem to get the inbounds plays to work after timeouts.
I chose the inbounder, the shooter and the shot type,. but once I set up for the inbound its the wrong guy inbounding the ball, and the wrong play is usally run. am I doing something wrong?

Re: how do you run/activate inbounds plays

I have had that kind of things. Pretty hard to get it to work as we can't practice them. There is another way to run inbounding plays is by pressing right on the D-pad and running one of the plays on the on the fly menu. But then again we can't practice them.

Czar we need help on this

Re: how do you run/activate inbounds plays

Yea I was playing an online match and I had about 4 seconds left, tie game, as the Lakers vs the Heat. Called a timeout to set up Kobe with a mid range shot, I set Artest as the inbound man, and it ended being a freelance with Bynum inbounding. I thought it was just me but I guess their system is glitched.

Same here, was down one in the Patrick Ewing greatest game with .4 seconds left. Thought to myself this would be the perfect time to try the inbound plays. Selected harper as the inbounder, swing as receiver for an alley ended up with anthony mason inbounding without no alley attempt. I called timeout 3 times attempting to get it set up. Never worked.

I'm not 100% on this, but I think if you select inbounder, shooter, play type and then press BACK on 360 it will run the play you set up. I have had it work once and I think this is the button I pressed to initiate it.

It only worked for me once since I got the game. 1/10 attempts. They gotta patch this up!
