I am having a lot of trouble hitting the intentional foul mistakenly on defense when I try to cut off the ball handler with the left trigger + right stick.

Is this something happening to others? I know I'll eventually figure this out, but it seems pointless to have intentional foul tied to both the select button AND the right stick click.

I had the same problem, just changed it to another button in the controller setup. It is listed as Hard/Wrap Foul.
