need help

everytime I try to go to 2kshare to download rookies I get messge telling me tht I must be signed in to access the feature. I am signed in I think. Does this mean that the servers for 2k are down or am I doing something wrong??

Please help and sorry if this is dumb question but I cant figure this out getting frustrated

I'm hoping it's down. I played some thurs night. Now I'm trying to access my 2k account and it's saying I must be signed in to do this??? My 2k rank isn't showing up either. Guess I'll work on traing camp for now. Problem doesn't seem to be on my end.
