The D-Pad...
Okay....1st off...I love this game...best basketball game ever...
I'm not sure if this deserves its own thread
but I can't be the only person really upset with the changes to the D-Pad
Why change switching players to the buttons we have to use during gameplay instead of keeping it simple with the D Pad?
I understand it frees up player movement by using the buttons so you can use ur left hand to move the left stick...but it doesnt flow...how many times must I run the shotclock out trying to get back to my starting PG but my bench center? lol
Why replace seeing Points,Assists,Rebounds & Fouls with SWITCHING THE CAMERA??? ...seriously...
I don't understand...pausing the game to change the camera is necessary and Im sure everybody that does change the camera with the dpad still have to pause the game to change the zoom & height to their liking..."IF"...
Im a fan of the new offensive and defensive schemes
added to the D-Pad...but...im not a fan of using the buttons to pick them.
I've gotten used to the change as much as possible so far
but I'm just really curious if im the only player
NOT liking this new D-Pad button mixture...
its cool for plays...it works for plays...
but it doesn't work wen im trying to sub players on defense
see a pass and press x then have to mash x until i get back to who was in the game...(something 2k probably didnt think about...)
I'll never understand why 2k change the stuff thats NOT broken...
the dpad was everything we asked for last year...
(stats. plays. coaching adjustments, substitions)
thats wht it should be this year only with added coaching adjustments
& maybe more stats...but what they had was fine...
not sure who asked for the a camera change option on the d-pad
but that was the worst idea...
yes...i am nitpicking but its not a game breaker
seeing as how I should make adjustments at game break
but I like to keep the game moving...
just want to know if anybody else agrees...
they might listen to us and change it back if we come together...lmao...
