help online franchise question

ok i been doing online franchise since madden 10

the problem this year we started doing online franchise around the time madden 12 hit the stores around week 14 one our owners disappear but we kept advancing the weeks he can back and now

everytime he start the franchise game it freeze on the loading screen

he has no injuries and he has the right amount of players at every postion
is there a reason this happening ? i even kick him out the league to check it out my self and i went through his depth chart and i even try play a game under his team as my other gamertag and when u pick play book and all that stuff and then it load the game and then it just freezes

i even check the oppent depth chart no problems on either team
if he wins this week game he make the playoffs so i really dont want sim another game on him anyone had this problems
