Can you do a fantasy draft with the HOFers?

I was wondering if it's possible to do a fantasy draft with all the hall of fame players while also including today's current players? In nba2k11 I used to do fantasy drafts all the time with the legends or sometimes just a couple of them, but for some reason when I go to manage roster in this year's version it doesn't let me trade players to current teams or vice versa, which is the way you make them available for the fantasy draft in the first place.
