Why are there still differences between console and pc versions?

As in why do pc users get the shaft year after year?

I understand you're selling more copies on console but I don't understand why you would remove features from a console port on the pc. Especially when said features would be easier to incorporate on said platform...

I applaud you guys for releasing an improved game (based off my impressions on playing the ps3 demo) but I thought you guys listened to the community and it's been since 2K10 that you don't include/remove features from the game.

If you guys could learn one thing from EA this year is to better treat your pc fan base

i don't agree with making the pc port less of a game... but they are charging you half price for more than half the features, right?

Repost from the pc forum :

http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&keyw...=operasport-20

Look at FIFA 12 console and pc versions prices. The game is exactly the same on pc and console (well you get better resolution, loading times, and mods on pc).

I also think they have to pay royalties to Microsoft and Sony for releasing a game on their platforms hence the game being more expensive on consoles.

In any case, If I could pay the full price on pc I would, considering that I used to buy 2K games on console before they arrived on pc. I think the game is worth the price but the yearly silence and /ignore on the pc version is just disheartening for a company who says they listen to their fanbase (no matter how small it is on pc).

----------------------------

Hearing you guys, you should get some features removed when you rent the game or when you buy it second hand then? It's all about the money right?

I'd love to see a quote from a dev saying some of the features were missing because the price was lower on pc.

Anyway, this is a a disapointment to just a few of us, seeing as we're not many getting the game on pc (hell I can't even buy it as it's still not available on D2D or Steam) but not as a big disappointment as knowing we're not getting an NBA season.

Hopefully we'll get a real 2K13 pc version with all the bells and whistles plus an NBA season rolling too.

Dude, you're making it sounds like they haven't included My Player or Legends.
