Unable to change First Job type in OD

In OD settings / Dynasty House Rules, I am changing the 1st job requirement from 1 Star Coord to 4 Star HC for a new member to come in and it is only allowing him to select a 1 Star Coord job. Anyone else have this problem?

Had the same problem. Guy in my OD had a DC job at Northwestern all lined up, but the game glitched out and wouldn't let him back into the dynasty. He had to retire from the dynasty. I changed the settings to allow him to sign a Coordinator job up to 3 stars (what NW was at the time), and he could only see 1 star jobs.

Though then the guy spent one season at Memphis, one season at Temple, and was offered the DC job at Texas.

hmmm. i wonder if it will only apply settings changes like that during the offseason??
