4-3 defense not working

Hi,
I set my defense under "Coaching Philosophy" to 4-3 in my franchise but my team always plays a 3-4? If I use "show playbook", there is no 4-3 option!
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

That option only works when its in simming.
When your playing your game, hit the settings in the pick a side menu and pick a PB with 4-3.

I suggest these playbooks...
4-3, Seattle, Buccaneers & Multi-D

Thanks. I started thinking it had to do with the coach/playbook but couldn't figure out how to change it!

Detroit, Tennessee, Chicago, Minnesota also use the 4-3.

Personally, I like Chicago's.
