Which version of NBA 2k12

I have a PC, Xbox 360 and a PS3. I would like to be able to add custom arena sounds and music for each venue and was wondering which system to go with?

I don't play much online other than racing. I know there were mods for NBA 2k11 for the PC but I couldn't find custom music and sound files. Just wondering if there is a limit like there was for the PS3 and Xbox 360 as I think it was 64 songs / sounds???

Any help would be much appreciated as I am unsure which way to go on this.

360 in that case. Works line a charm.
Don't know about PS3 but I know it hasn't worked for PC.

I had the PC version last year. Tons of custom mods but unfortunately no way for custom music. I now have a PS3 and am in a similar boat as you as am unsure which version to get. My laptop is hooked up to my TV and can run on medium/high settings so I will probably lean towards getting that version. The mods are that good.

had 2k11 on pc last year. i bought ps3 this year just for 2k12 because i hear more good things in the "unhackable" ps3 version than the xbox360 console.

Re: Which version of NBA 2k12

As I wrote on the 2KSports forums, I've had both XBox 360 and PC versions the last two years, because I've gotten the XBox version pre-release... Comparing the two, I have to say I prefer the PC versions. Not only does it look so much better with PC graphics, but all of the mods you can get, jersey and court fixes, etc makes it all so much better.

Plus you have more natural ways of backing up and staying safe once that black screen of death comes...

So yeah, overall, I prefer PC over XBox.
PS3 I never cared for at all. The control is uncomfortable and the poo-crap graphics card they've put in it really does ruin a lot.

I guess the one good side to the PS3 version is that there's a lot less hacked CAPs going around. For me that pretty much only plays My Player and Association, that isn't a big selling point.

If custom music/sounds is your sticking point, I'd say the Xbox 360 is the one. This is my one complaint with the PC version; no custom sounds. I pray they added that this year.

You'd be foolish not to get it for the PC. It's half price and you have access to dozens of mods.

Re: Which version of NBA 2k12

Well since 2k has basically added all the accessories mods, and players graphically will be updated(need more info) It's basically like your getting the same game for the pc. I would suggest buying the console version first, then wait till 2k12 is like 20 bucks and get on pc(The price drops pretty fast). I done this for the last two years.
