OK, I'm fairly sure this is user error, but I'm about to pull my hair out...I was able to select 15 players prior to week 1, but since then I see the 0/15 selected at the top right, but I can't figure out how to select the players to be scouted for that week! I've hit every button I could think of, changed the settings for this from USER to CPU and back again, all with no luck.

Any thoughts?

Player scouting is done at weeks 1, 5, 9, 13, and 17.
