In our online dynasty we have 7 players and this coaching carousel part of the season is taking long because people are taking long to do it. If we all plan to stay with our same schools can we just sim it and nothing will happen?

If you all want to stay at your schools then why not just accept the extension they offer before carousel starts or when your people are on the clock just select decline all offers?

Unless your people in the dynasty are going through every offer which you do not have to do, this shouldnt take any more than a few seconds for each person. Also, your commish should make it clear to the people in your dynasty as to the expectations of the dynasty regarding advancing and being ready in a certain timeframe.
