"Best in Class" Trophy

I finished high school as a 5 star rated QB but I didn't get the "Best in Class" trophy for finishing high school as a 5 star prospect. I also finished as a 3-star FS. Do I not get the trophy if I am lower than a 5 star player at another position?

I think it's broken. I finished as a 5* RB/5* LB and still didn't get it. It looks like some of the trophies are broken legacies from previous versions (ex: staying for senior year when you've got no choice).

I'm on the 360, but I've had about 4-5 instances in RTG and dynasty where I didn't get credit for an achievement I reached.

The 160 point one for top recruiting class and national championship I did in year one with Ohio State, but it didn't recognize it I guess and I didn't receive credit.
