So who else can't play Madden via Season Ticket Download? Stuck at 12%?

So I paid for Season Ticket two days ago and have tried everything to download it to my console. No matter what I try, my download never progresses past 12%. I called customer service and while they acknowledged that others have this problem, they offered no solution. Does anyone else have this problem? I wonder how wide spread it is and if anyone who had it managed to get past it?

I'm on a call back list from EA's support team tomorrow. They said if they didn't have the problem fixed by then (I doubt they will... I'm not sure they have been able to recreate it) they would help me get my money back. While I am extremely frustrated that EA sports consistently puts out buggy games (NCAA Football 12 is unplayable in online franchise mode right now... after a few weeks, you can't advance to the next week) I must admit I had a very good experience with customer support today, considering the fact that my problem was not solved.

Supposedly tomorrow they are going to call me and either tell me how to fix the problem or how I can get a refund. I'll keep you posted. If you figure it out, please do the same and let me know.

did you try canceling the download and try redownloading it?
