Franchise Scouting Question

Hey Guys, I downloaded the game today and started my franchise up. The first week it asked me to use the scouting feature and I scouted 15 players. Now, after a few weeks I go back to scout more players and cant select anyone. Just wondering if this is a bug, or if I am doing something wrong?

PS3 version BTW.

it wont even let me scout players, do you have to wait for a certain week or something?

Are there prompts in those weeks to remind you? It'd be a bummer to forget and waste 4 weeks.

Yes, it will prompt you after your game, when you sim to the next week.

Also I used my draft class from NCAA but all the player names and everything is changed? NO ANDREW LUCK!!!!!!! is this normal or did something mess up?
